with life comes challenges,
with challenges comes intent.
with intent comes love,
with love comes devotion.

Just back from my easter camp trip and well, i'm still tripping on under-sleep and over-eating.
For once, a camp that had plentiful food and much much more. thanks to my CG who had an endless supply of food.

One thing i've gained during that time is a little verse...

Psalm 28:

"to you, O lord, I call;
my rock be not deaf to me,
lest , if you be silent to me,
i become like those who go down the pit.
....

Blessed be the lord!...my strength and shield;
in him my heart trusts, and i am helped;
my heart exults,
